We guarantee that the HVAC system we have installed will heat and cool your home to designated temperatures of 72 degrees in the winter and 75 degrees in the summer, according to the thermostat, and a water heater we install will heat to 120 degrees.
No Frustration Guarantee
Timothy Off guarantees service within 24 hours if your purchased HVAC system or water heater fails in the first year, or we will pay you $500 for the inconvenience.
Low Price Guarantee
If you find a lower purchase price on the same HVAC system with the same guarantees and warranties (like for like), we will match this price or pay you $100.
30% Utility Savings Guarantee
You will save a minimum of 30%* on your heating and cooling usage with your new HVAC system or 30%* on water heating usage with your new tankless or hybrid water heater. We will pay you the savings not realized for two years.
Property Protection Guarantee
If we damage anything while installing a new system at your home, we will repair or replace it at no expense to you.
Installation Date Guarantee
If we fail to show up to install your new HVAC or plumbing system on the scheduled day, we will pay you $500 for the inconvenience.
Timeliness Guarantee
We will provide your Service Diagnostic free of charge if we fail to arrive on time for your scheduled service visit.
